Attendees and affiliates acknowledge that they have voluntarily agreed to participate in the event and are fully aware of the risks involved. Attendees assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may result from their attendance at the event. Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the venue, the host, and all related parties, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or resulting from their attendance at the event.

All attendees must adhere to the rules and regulations of the event and any instructions provided by the host or venue staff. Failure to comply with any rules or instructions may result in removal from the event without refund.

Virtual Car Show Disclaimer and Participation Agreement

Welcome to the Audio Arena Virtual Car Show! Before you dive into the excitement, please take a moment to read through this important disclaimer and participation agreement. Your entry into the competition signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms.

Eligibility and Entry Requirements:

Entry Fee: A non-refundable $8 entry fee is required to participate.
Vehicle Ownership: Participants must own the vehicle they are entering in the show and possess a valid title for it.
Operational Condition: The vehicle must have been functional and capable of playing audio within the last 6 months.
Media Rights: By submitting any photos, videos, or other media of your vehicle, you confirm that you own or have the right to use and distribute this media. Audio Arena assumes no responsibility for copyright infringements or rights violations related to media provided by participants.

Terms of Participation:

Judging and Categories: Winners will be selected based on criteria set by Audio Arena and its judges. Decisions are final and binding.
Feature Rights: By participating, you agree to allow Audio Arena to feature your vehicle and any submitted media on our website, social media channels, and in promotional materials.
Prize Distribution: Prizes must be claimed within 60 days. Failure to claim prizes may result in forfeiture.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Audio Arena reserves the right to disqualify any participant for conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.

Liability and Rights:

No Liability: Audio Arena, its affiliates, and partners will not be held liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the virtual car show, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Chargebacks and Refunds: Entry fees are non-refundable. Chargebacks, stop payments, or cancellations after submission are considered breach of agreement and may lead to legal action at the expense of the participant, including any legal fees or costs.

By entering the Audio Arena Virtual Car Show, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Your participation indicates your acceptance of these rules and any decisions made by the organizers.

Submitted Media: By submitting images, videos, or any other type of content to Audio Arena and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents you affirm that you are the rightful owner or have obtained appropriate rights or licenses to use said content.
